IUHC organizes a variety of spiritual, educational, family, and community programs throughout the year. These gatherings are designed to strengthen faith, build relationships, provide practical support, and equip leaders, families, and individuals within its communities.
- Summer Programs — Programs and activities for students, families, youth, and children.
- Women’s Conferences — Five-day gatherings that provide opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, learning, encouragement, and deeper connections among women of faith.
- Men’s Conferences — Five-day conferences where men can step away from the pressures of daily life, build meaningful friendships, participate in activities, grow spiritually, and deepen their relationship with Jesus.
- Teenage Conferences — Five-day programs focused on encouraging, equipping, and strengthening teenagers in their faith and personal lives.
- Sermon Outlines and Theological Resources — Providing teaching materials, sermon resources, and theological training to support pastors, leaders, and house churches.
- Worship, Fasting, and Prayer Conferences — Special gatherings dedicated to worship, spiritual renewal, fasting, prayer, and seeking God together.
- Two-Week Camps and Retreats — Extended camps and vacation programs that provide opportunities for rest, fellowship, recreation, spiritual growth, and community building.
- Training, Awareness, and Safety Conferences — Educational programs designed to provide training, increase awareness, and promote protective and safety practices for leaders and members.
- Elderly and Orphans Camps and Activities — Special programs, camps, and activities created to provide care, fellowship, encouragement, and support for elderly individuals and children without parental care.
- Leaders’ Conferences — Leadership gatherings held three times each year to provide training, encouragement, fellowship, and spiritual development for pastors and ministry leaders.
- Family Support and Trauma Care — Providing family counseling and support for individuals and families dealing with trauma, including the emotional impact of arrest, imprisonment, separation, and other difficult experiences.
- Adoption and Child Support — Supporting vulnerable children through care initiatives, including assistance from house church communities and families who provide care and support.
Through these events and programs, IUHC seeks to strengthen faith, equip leaders, support families, care for vulnerable people, and build stronger Christian communities throughout Iran.

Products and Services offered free of charge
IUHC provides a wide range of Christian ministry resources, humanitarian assistance, and community services free of charge to support underground believers, families, and communities in Iran and beyond.
- Bible Studies and Devotional Resources — Providing Bible studies, discipleship materials, and devotional resources for believers in Iran.
- Bible Distribution — Printing and distributing Bibles and digital PDF copies throughout Iran.
- Christian Books and Resources — Distributing Christian books, gifts, and audio Bibles to believers and underground house churches.
- New Year Grocery Boxes — Distributing more than 15,000 full grocery boxes annually to families in need.
- Housing and Family Support — Providing apartments and housing assistance for families whose parents have been imprisoned because of their Christian faith, including support for essential living expenses.
- Cross-Border Bible Distribution — Supporting the delivery and distribution of physical Bibles and Christian materials to believers in Iran through regional networks.
- Testimonies and Podcasts — Recording personal testimonies and sharing these stories through podcasts produced in the United States.
- Book Publishing: Becoming Joshua: His First Two Lives — Publishing and sharing Joshua’s autobiography in the United States.
- Book Publishing: Seven Colors of Heaven — Publishing and distributing true stories and testimonies for underground house churches and Christian communities around the world.
- Future Book Projects — Working with IUHC leaders and members to preserve and publish their true stories for future generations, documenting faith, sacrifice, persecution, and hope.
- Art Exhibition: Becoming Joshua — Art Exhibition and Untold Stories — Hosting a three-week event in Michigan, USA, designed to raise awareness about the persecution of Christians and the experiences of believers in Iran.
- A Night With the Iranian Underground — Organizing events in the United States to share testimonies, raise awareness, and help people better understand the realities faced by Iranian underground Christians.
- Go and Do Newsletter — Publishing and distributing ministry news, testimonies, updates, and stories from the work of Go and Do Ministry and its partners.
Through these services, IUHC seeks to strengthen believers, support vulnerable families, preserve powerful testimonies, and bring hope to those facing persecution and hardship.

IUHC Employees
- IUHC has created thousands of employment opportunities and supported thousands of individuals and families across Iran over the years.
- IUHC currently has a total workforce of more than 10,600 people, including approximately 1,900+ full-time employees and 8,700+ part-time employees across Iran. These opportunities have helped support families, including individuals who have converted to Christianity.
- Through Go and Do Ministry, IUHC is also planning to create and expand employment opportunities in the United States.
- IUHC does not provide salaries to pastors and leaders serving in its underground house churches. Their ministry service is entirely voluntary. However, IUHC provides financial assistance and support to elderly and disabled individuals when needed.
- IUHC has more than 1,800 volunteer pastors and leaders who serve faithfully by leading and overseeing underground house churches across Iran.
