The Iranian Underground House Churches (IUHC) provides leadership development and intensive training designed to equip believers for different levels of responsibility and service within the Church.
As the Church grows, strong, knowledgeable, and spiritually mature leaders are essential. IUHC invests in training leaders who can serve their communities, disciple new believers, help establish new house churches, and teach the Bible with greater understanding and responsibility.
INTENSIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING
IUHC provides advanced and intensive training for leaders who carry significant ministry responsibilities. These programs focus on strengthening leadership skills, biblical knowledge, discipleship, wisdom, accountability, and spiritual maturity.
CHURCH PLANTING LEADERS
Specialized training helps prepare leaders to support and establish new house church communities. Leaders are equipped to disciple believers, develop healthy Christian fellowship, and help new communities grow in faith.
BIBLE & THEOLOGICAL TRAINING
IUHC also provides deeper biblical and theological training for selected leaders and teachers. These programs are designed to strengthen their understanding of:
- The Bible and biblical interpretation
- Christian theology, discipleship and spiritual formation
- Teaching and communicating Scripture
- Pastoral care and leadership
- Church history and the Christian faith

WORSHIP LEADERS TRAINING
Equipping Leaders to Lead God’s People in Worship
Worship is an important part of the life of the Church. IUHC provides training and encouragement for worship leaders, musicians, singers, and others who serve through music and worship.
The goal is not simply to develop musical ability, but to help worship leaders grow in spiritual maturity, biblical understanding, humility, teamwork, and leadership.
Worship leaders are trained to understand that leading worship is more than performing music. It is a ministry of serving others and helping create an environment where believers can pray, worship, reflect on Scripture, and grow together in their faith.
TRAINING MAY INCLUDE:
- Biblical foundations of worship
- Spiritual leadership and personal discipleship
- Leading worship with humility and integrity
