STRENGTHENING THE CHURCH THROUGH LEADERSHIP
Iranian Underground House Churches (IUHC) provides leadership development and intensive training designed to equip believers for different levels of responsibility and service within the Church.
As the Church grows, strong, knowledgeable, and spiritually mature leaders are essential.
IUHC invests in training leaders who can serve their communities, disciple new believers, help establish new house churches, and teach the Bible with greater understanding and responsibility.

Intensive Leadership Training
Advanced and intensive training for leaders who carry significant ministry responsibilities.
These programs focus on leadership skills, biblical knowledge, discipleship, wisdom, accountability, and spiritual maturity.
Church Planting Leaders
Specialized training prepares leaders to support and establish new house-church communities.
Leaders learn to disciple believers, develop healthy Christian fellowship, and help new communities grow in faith.
Bible & Theological Training
Deeper biblical and theological education for selected leaders and teachers.
These programs strengthen understanding of Scripture, Christian theology, pastoral care, teaching, and leadership development.

Worship is an important part of the life of the Church.
IUHC provides training and encouragement for worship leaders, musicians, singers, and others who serve through music and worship.
The goal is not simply to develop musical ability, but to help worship leaders grow in spiritual maturity, biblical understanding, humility, teamwork, and leadership.
Worship leaders are trained to understand that leading worship is more than performing music.
It is a ministry of serving others and helping create an environment where believers can pray, worship, reflect on Scripture, and grow together in faith.

At IUHC, worship leadership is viewed as a responsibility that requires both spiritual character and practical preparation.
A worship leader may stand in front of others, but true leadership begins with a life of faith, humility, prayer, and service.
We train worship leaders not only to lead songs, but to serve the Church, encourage believers, and help raise the next generation of worship leaders.
Leadership is not simply about standing before people. It is about preparing yourself to serve them.
TRAINING WITH CARE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Because IUHC serves Christian communities in environments where believers may face persecution, the privacy and safety of participants are important considerations.
Identifying information, sensitive locations, and details that could endanger underground believers are not published.
